Siena Golf Club - 11:45 a.m., Drive Time: 20 - 25 minutes. Located in the Tuscany-themed development in Summerlin, and featuring outstanding views of the mountains and the strip, Siena Golf Club measures 6,751 yards from the back tees and offers generous landing areas. The course is very playable for all levels of golfers; however, its tiered greens and daunting water holes will challenge even the most seasoned player.

Price - $180 per golfer includes greens fees, transportation, and a boxed lunch. This event must be registered and paid for in advance.

Registration Procedures

• The first night’s room deposit is due along with your registration.

• Your credit card will be charged by the hotel upon check-out for the balance of your stay.

• The ROOM BLOCK at the hotel ends on March 24, 2008. Reservations made after this date will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All reservation changes or cancellations MUST be made through Urner Barry and must be made in writing.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

• DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL. Hotel reservations MUST be made through Urner Barry by using the enclosed registration form or by registering online at www.urnerbarry.com/executive.

Registration Policies

• Convention registration fees include all Urner Barry business sessions and social events. There is an additional fee for golf and the spouses’ tour.

• Badges are provided for all registered guests and must be worn for admission to all events.

• The Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, April 28, 2008. You must register and pay for this event in advance.

• The Spouses’ Tour will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2008. You must register and pay for this event in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• All conference cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or e-mailed to Lynn Dekovitch at 732-341-0891/lynnd@urnerbarry.com

• Conference registration received prior to March 24, 2008, entitles registrant to a full refund.

• Cancellations received between March 25, 2008, and April 20, 2008, are subject to a service charge of $75 per industry person and $30 per spouse.

• No-shows are liable for the full fee.

• There are no hotel reservation refunds issued after March 24, 2008.

• There are no conference registration refunds issued after April 13, 2008.

• Delegate substitutions from the same company will be permitted. Please provide Urner Barry with all substitution information.
