Urner Barry’s Yellow Sheet to Include Weighted Averages on Boneless Beef Markets

Toms River, NJ 04/05/01 — In response to customer requests and in keeping with Urner Barry’s commitment to the industry to provide meaningful market information on a timely basis, Urner Barry’s Yellow Sheet will begin a new series of price quotations to complement our Boneless Beef Report. The new series will include the weighted average of trading for each boneless beef and trimmings item. These quotes will be in addition to the regular boneless beef quotations that Urner Barry’s Yellow Sheet currently publishes. Weighted averages will be listed beginning Monday, April 9, 2001.
