Urner Barry Publications, Inc. Announces  Promotions

Bayville, N.J. - Urner Barry Publications, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of two integral veterans of the company. 

Jim Kenny has been promoted to Director of Business Development. He will be responsible for developing business relationships and revenue opportunities for Urner Barry. He joined Urner Barry in 1994 as National Accounts Representative for the instant market news division. More recently, he served as Associate Editor for the Yellow Sheet and is responsible for the reporting of the pork market. Mr. Kenny received a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He resides in Wall Township with wife Melissa.

Urner Barry has also appointed Chris Ashley to Director of Operations. Mr. Ashley's responsibilities will include overseeing the operations of Urner Barry Publications. These include the information content and print operation department. Chris started at Urner Barry in 1995 as an Associate Editor for the Yellow Sheet. His roles have included boxed beef reporting and heading the instant market news department. Chris received a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ. He resides in Morganville with wife Meredith and son Christian.
